What the product is built to keep visible
A named person decides
FirstEHS records and routes work. It does not approve a permit, clear an isolation or close an action on its own.
Assistance stays reviewable
Where the product shows assistance inside a record, a person accepts, edits or rejects it before it is saved. The system does not make the safety decision.
Your operational records
Permits, incidents and investigations are your operational records. Retention, export and hosting are confirmed in writing as part of an agreement.
